Nothing better than spooning some ice cream for Valentine’s Day! 🤪💘🍨 This scoop of confetti ice cream with rainbow sprinkles sure will make you scream for more! 🤩 But in all seriousness, I wanted to give today’s Small Biz Sunday Shoutout to Scoop (@scoop.rva) for donating 100% of yesterday’s sales to William Fox Elementary School’s Recovery Fund after the devastating fire that happened late Friday night. 🏫 I love when small businesses don’t hesitate to give back to the community and what Scoop did yesterday was HUGE! ❤️ In fact, it was SO huge, that it was the highest sales they’ve EVER recorded in a SINGLE DAY 🤯🎉🥳 And if you didn’t know, Scoop has been holding fundraisers like this for Fox PTA for years, ever since Paula Demmert became the owner of Scoop in January 2020. 🙌 She has also helped raise money for other local organizations such as @jlrichmondva, @rmhcrichmond, @art_180, @legalaidjusticecenter, and @vcuson which deserves its own applause! 👏 This small batch ice cream shop has a BIG heart and I encourage you all to give @scoop.rva a follow and keep a look out for the next time they host a fundraiser for an org in need. Their ice cream flavors are so unique and did I mention they have ice cream flights and the most adorable mini macarons as toppings?! 🥺 Best part is they are open every day of the week (yep, even Monday, lol).
