This Iconic Richmond Love Shack Will Make You Feel The Love

Love Shack, Baby Love Shack ❤️‍🔥🎶🕺I cannot believe it took me this long to visit this iconic RVA brunch spot, but I’m so glad I finally did! 🤩 SB’s Lakeside Love Shack (@sbslakesideloveshack) is the cutest, quaint spot with excellent food and a hospitality that matched. I tried one of their St. Patty’s specials, the “Magically Delicious French Toast” which was coated in lucky charms cereal, stuffed with marshmallow fluff, and topped with green whipped cream and glitter…YES, EDIBLE GLITTER! 🤤✨ I generally go for more savory breakfast options, but this sweet meal hit the spot for sureee 😋

Also pictured are the O’Hagen hash special, SB’s Breakfast Chili, Whole Shack Shimmie Breakfast Sammi, and a side of poached eggs. We also enjoyed their $2 Jell-O shots which would be so much fun for a brunch celebration/birthday surprise with friends! Just be careful, because those little suckers can really sneak up on you QUICK. 😅

PRO TIP: SB’s Love Shack doesn’t do reservations, so make sure you get there much earlier than you plan to eat.‼️ I actually tried to go to SB’s new location on Main St (@sbsmainstreetloveshack) in The Fan but the wait was 1.5 hours long so we ended up going to the OG location in Lakeside which had a shorter wait time. FYI, each location has different weekly themed food and drink specials so follow their socials to stay up to date…this week’s specials are all about Dolly Parton and Dollywood! 🎤 Highly recommend SB’s Love Shack for your next brunch, and did you know, they are one of the very few places in RVA that offers WEEKDAY brunch as well?! 🙌 So much good going on over at the Love Shack and this eclectic restaurant is sure to be a great time for everyone!
